Golf cart, I don’t play golf…

I had this genius idea of going up and down the shop driveway using a golf cart. I can literally go from my inside my shop and drive all the way to the front of our home next to the center driveways porch entrance.

I also use this “tool” to haul stuff around the property. I plan on removing the graphics and painting it a solid black color.

Dunn Road home 1 month…

Today marks the 1 month milestone since we moved into our retirement home. We’ve made a lot of progress in getting it all situated to our needs.

I’m in charge of the shop and wifey is in charge of everything else! LOL!!

Furballs are still adjusting to all the space they have access to. They staked claimed on the blue bus chair I kept. They still jump inside of Cyclops like they used to do at the old spot.

A&A Baby Shower…

Had a really super day at Aze and Andrews baby shower. It really shows how time has flown by. I can remember the day they came by the house to let us know they were having a baby.

Of course we ordered a traditional Lichon for the festive occasion.

Man cave cometh…

This past week I’ve been working on the man cave aka “The Shop”. When I have the chance after work and not too tired I put some time in. Most of it is cleaning out the old and making room for my stuff. There wasn’t too much to clean, most loose items inside of the cabinets.

One thing about having a huge shop everything is relatively small compared to the inside. As a example I have a 65″ flat screen on the wall and it looks like a dinky view master.

I’m not sure I’ll keep the motorcycle inside of the shop since I plan on commuting with it. I’ll probably park inside of the 2 car garage on the other side of the property once it has been cleared out of boxes and other household items requiring attention.

Move day!

We started moving 7:30am and didn’t stop until passed 11:30pm. Still have not completed the move.

We hired a moving company to move our Stockton home. They brought a crew of seven workers and three 26′ foot trucks. They originally brought two but it was apparent that wasn’t going to enough capacity really quick.

Old school synth…

I took a photo of my classic Yamaha TX816 full rack of synths and RANE matrix mixer to combine all the outputs. You don’t see too many of these classic hardware synthesizers around. It was based of the legendary DX-7. Okay, it just sounds good to say “legendary”.
