This the view from our hotel room at the Embassy Suites Downtown Denver Colorado. It seems to rain during the later afternoon hours then clears up for the evening.

Learning how to…
Warriors did it!
After the Golden State Warriors won the their second NBA championship in forty years. I had to dig out my Warriors team card of the 1975 team. It’s going to be a classic in this area now, probably get a good price if I were to ever sell it. Naaaaah!!
There are cards in the background that probably date back to the late 50’s to early 60’s.

ScalaRider Q1 Modification..
I picked up a set of the ScalaRider Q1 bluetooth headset/microphone. The intention of this particular package is for rider to passenger intercom, music streaming, FM channel reception and smart phone integration. In my case I use an Apple iPhone 6 Plus model.
The music quality is comparable to the J&M headsets I have for my Bell helmets. They are wired to the GL1800 cable connections. I had a pair of Sony headphones that I haven’t used for years and used them in place of the stock version. The size is much larger and has a rear enclosure that adds depth.
I’m going to try this setup for awhile and see if the reduced ear area space causes too much discomfort.

Kuryakn Floorboards…
I tried riding around with the Kuryakn floorboards but them to be constricting and less foot position movement in the vertical angles. I like to stretch my toe downward on long rides and the footpegs allow more ability to do this. I’ll proly sell the floorboards but keep the brake pedal as it does add a cosmetic improvement.
I’ll leave the floorboards to my HD Roadglide where the heel and toe shifting is more natural.
Yup another Goldwing…
I’m now an owner of a 2007 GL1800 Crucible Orange Goldwing. This has a ton more features than my 2005 30 year anniversary edition. It has the comfort package, navigation package, premium audio package, CB setup.
The previous owner Mike took very good care of the bike and none of the typical wear is shown. I do need to get used to the floorboards and use of the heel toe shifter. The way it is currently setup you can’t switch gears up by inserting toe under the foot shift lever due to the boot clearance. This may be able to adjust later or I may try to get used to the floorboards.
